Great News: Everything is on schedule to go live in November!

We will be officially live and lifecasting here and on justin.tv on a regular basis starting November 6th, the first Tuesday of the month, and that will give us almost exactly one year running up to Super Tuesday  2008, Election Day.

I have opted for what I’m calling the “zero hour” approach. This  means that when we go live I will basically have nothing done! And no, it’s not a dire case of procrastination, so much as it is a deliberate strategy. The idea is for everyone to experience this campaign from the ground up. This isn’t about me, it’s about all of us, and what we can build together.

For that reason, I want my own personal life to be as simple and unencumbered as possible. Aside from a small circle of friends and family who have agreed to help, it may seem like I’ve been living the past year or so like a monk! Again, there is a reason for this. We’re all going to start fresh together, and  build this based on our efforts here, not comfortable past relationships and familiar old patterns.  Now if this is the wisest election strategy or not, time will tell…

In the beginning there will be some patches of missing coverage. For example, I am still working nights at a sleep clinic until the end of the year, and for the sake of patient privacy, I won’t be broadcasting there. Also, we need to perfect our system of live broadcasts and archiving, and they may cause some downtime too. We had a meeting on October 15th which we recorded, and I haven’t posted yet, but I will soon. For the sake of momentum, I want to put up just before we go live. However, you may be seeing and hearing a little more from us before us the 6th… 

As far as issues go, I’ve been meaning to post a link to this article with some hot stock tips  from Paul B. Farrell, and a maybe a few thought provoking points to stir the conscience as well. Never let it be said I don’t take the interests of investors to heart!
