Catching up online
The last few days have been really busy for us, and after a few false starts, the new webpage is actually up. I’ll be working over the next few days to get all my old posts transferred over to the new format and categorized. Also, I’ve also got several new videos to edit and post, as well as setting up a new more dynamic Videos page.
…and it would be nice if my name and picture were here somewhere too!
In the meantime, I want to thank the Student Progressive Alliance of FGCU (Florida Gulf Coast University) for inviting us to their first ever potluck this past Sunday. I’ll be cutting together a highlights video. In the meantime, the raw video part 1 and part 2 is up now.
We also took part in the Martin Luther King Day celebration Monday including the March from Dunbar to Centennial Park. There, I also had the opportunity to meet my fellow candidate in this race, Democratic challenger, Larry Byrnes. I’ll be posting highlight videos and the raw footgae from this event soon as well.
I’d also like to thank Jack Tanner for inviting me as his guest at the BUPAC (Business People United For Political Action Committee) meeting Tuesday morning. The guest speaker was Jack Tymann, former president of Westinghouse International, chair of the Clinton-Mubarak Presidents’ Council for the Middle East, and regular contributor to the Naples Daily News. We had an illuminating conversation, the video of which will, again, be posted in the next few days.
And last but not least, we had a campaign meeting Tuesday during which we decided to take this campaign to the next level (beyond just plain-old crazy), and, you guessed it, The video will be up in the next few days!
